Cross Country Locums seeks BC FP Clinical Physician for locum tenens coverage in OH
URGENT - ASAP through March 31 2021
Board Certified Family Practice Physician
40 hours a week position - would either be 5-8s or 4-10s with a weekend rotation on Saturday.
Contract could be 3-6 months in duration.
• Provides episodic, preventive and acute care to patients – ages 2 and over
• Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards
• Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed
• Provides referrals both internally and externally
• Maintains medical record using EPIC electronic medical record
• Current OH state and OH federal DEA certification
Hourly 95.00 - 100.00 an hour
