Asante is seeking a Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics to join our Primary Care team in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. Our community has a long history of Family Medicine Physicians providing the majority of Obstetric care in our community and a strong desire to continue this model. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine. This full-time position will focus on growing a family medicine practice open to obstetric patients who will deliver their patients in a newly renovated Birth Center at our local hospital. This Birth Center specializes in patient-centered birth experience including waterbirths, TOLACs, and support by Doula’s and a Midwifery program. C-section capability and privileging are necessary. • Base salary of $255,000
• Years 2 & beyond – Eligible for annual quality performance incentives of up to $40,000
