COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)
- $260,000 base salary
- $40,000 Sign-on bonus
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance with receipts
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice coverage
- 401K with up to 4% match from client; after 5 years it's 100% vesting
- 5 weeks of PTO, $5,000 CME allowance and 5 days of CME time

Full spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- 4-day work week
- 10-hour days
- 36 patient contact hours a week

Epic EMR in clinic and hospital

25 bed critical access hospital
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)

Board Certified or Board Eligible with the intention to become certified
