Job Description

Board certified/ Board eligible Family Practice physicians needed for Ambulatory Surgical Center that provides family planning and birth control services. Our outpatient Surgical Centers are Illinois State Licensed and are AAAHC Accredited (similar to JCAHO).

Our Surgical and Medical Centers provide legal abortion services to all patients in need. We will be happy to provide training if requested.

We have four Medical and Surgical Centers in the following cities:
* Wood Dale
* Glen Ellyn
* Downers Grove
* Chicago (near McCormick Place)

We can discuss locations and days of employment.

We can offer a $5,000 relocation bonus if you are currently over 100 miles away.
