Busy, established primary care practice seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine provider to join a dynamic team of five physicians, a certified Nurse Midwife and three advanced practice providers in Northern Iowa.
Practice Details
* Busy primary care practice deeply rooted in the community is seeking a new partner to meet patient demand, allowing you to build a full practice quickly
* Join an esteemed team of five physicians, 3 advanced practice providers and a certified nurse midwife
* Provide full-scope family medicine, including obstetrics, for true cradle to grave care
* Opportunity for surgical proctorship available
* Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week and 1:6 shared call for exceptional work/life balance
Compensation Details
* 325K+ salary guarantee with production bonus OR experienced providers can name your salary
* 150K+ student loan forgiveness package available plus 50K sign-on bonus
* Not-for-profit rural health clinic qualifies for additional loan support incentives
* Additional perks include paid relocation, full benefits, 7K CME stipend and generous PTO package
