Ghost Rx is looking for a qualified Primary Care Physician (Board Eligible or Board Certified) to work with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center as a civilian contractor promoting and restoring patients’ health.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia

2. Shall have successfully completed a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from a school in the US or Canada approved by a recognizing accredited body in the year of the applicant's application. Graduates of foreign medical schools are required to posses both a medical license and other certification by the ECFMG or 5th Pathway.

3. Shall have successfully completed an accredited post-graduate medical training program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Board Certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP).

4. A current Basic Life Support (BLS)

5. A current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.

6. Shall have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years in the practice as a Family Practice Physician
