Open Dates: As soon as credentialed for 3 to 6 months
Desired Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm; no weekends; no call. Outpatient only.
Reason for Coverage: Physician shortage
Worksite Setting: Rural Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic located in Wewoka, OK
Scope of Work: 12-15 patients per day; must be able to keep up with charting. MDA to cover reasonable travel and lodging and malpractice. Need is for 3 to 6 months.
Requirements: Any State License, BLS, DEA, Current Immunizations, Security Clearance
EMR/EHR system: RPMS/EHR
Privileging Process: Approx 4 weeks. Gaps over 30 days on CV must be explained. Also include upfront any licensure and/or malpractice issues.
