- Looking for a Program Director for a NEW University of Louisville affiliated Family Medicine Residency program
- University Sponsored program with the University of Louisville with 6 resident slots per year (total of 18)
- Director would have an academic appointment from UofL (all program faculty would have academic appointments).
- There will be an Associate Director, a Residency Coordinator and a Clerkship Director to assist the Program Director.
- This Program Director will be key in choosing his/her team in this respect.
- Program Director needs to be MD
- Ideal candidate would have experience in starting up a residency program.
Compensation Details
- $250,000 starting guaranteed salary
- Hospital-employed with integrated EMR (Epic) in hospital and clinics
- Competitive 2 year guaranteed base salary, annual incentive bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and marketing
- 6 weeks of vacation (includes 1 wk for CME)
- Funded liability insurance/malpractice/tail coverage, multiple retirement plans, full health/medical benefits, $4,500 CME annually, & more
