• Looking for a Program Director for a NEW University of Louisville affiliated Family Medicine Residency program
• University Sponsored program with the University of Louisville with 6 resident slots per year (total of 18)
• Director would have an academic appointment from UofL (all program faculty would have academic appointments).
• There will be an Associate Director, a Residency Coordinator and a Clerkship Director to assist the Program Director.
• This Program Director will be key in choosing his/her team in this respect.
• Program Director needs to be MD
• Ideal candidate would have experience in starting up a residency program.

• $250,000 starting guaranteed salary
• Hospital-employed with integrated EMR (Epic) in hospital and clinics
