JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your skills will be used to help with work related injuries, treatment and outcomes. You will conduct workplace visits; provide acute injury care, perform DOT physical exams, perform post-offer and surveillance exams, complete fitness for duty and return to work exams, oversee respiratory and hearing conservation programs, preform both 3rd and 5th addition impairment ratings.

Must be board certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Must be licensed and certified by the State of Colorado. DOT Medical Examiner Certification preferred.
