At Lehigh Valley Health Network- Hazleton you can provide community care and impact lives of your patients! We are seeking enthusiastic BC/BE Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician who has exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills to join our team in beautiful northeastern Pennsylvania.

Practice Overview:

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) invites a Physician with fellowship training in Sports Medicine Primary Care to join us and practice within an employed Orthopedic practice in Hazleton, Pa. This position is a valued member of our Hazleton Musculoskeletal team including Orthopedics, Physiatry, Podiatry and Occupational Medicine. The orthopedics office is located in a Health Center which includes Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. LVHN employs athletic trainers and provides sports coverage to high schools including one of the largest districts in the state.

Job Qualifications:

  • Passion for non-operative sports medicine clinical work
  • BC/BE from the American Board of Family Medicine with CAQ in Sports Medicine
  • A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
