**FP - Sports Medicine opportunity: Ashtabula, OH**
- H1B Eligible
*Located on the shores of Lake Erie - 60 miles from Cleveland, OH*
**Position Details:**
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Employed as part of the 60 employed physician multi-specialty group; 21 PCPs
- Build Practice to 100 Percent Sports
- Includes All Sports Related Non Op Care including fracture care, injection and sports prevention
- Ultrasound Machine
- Multi Team Sports Coverage for Local High Schools
- Cleveland Clinic affiliate hospital
- Hospitalists service for inpatient care
- Reasonable Office On-Call Requirements
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
**Guaranteed Salary First and Second Year, Third Year Based On Productivity Model**
