Seeking a Family Medicine physician with Sports Medicine fellowship to join a multi-specialty group of 60 employed physician including 21 PCPs in northeast Ohio just 1 hour from Cleveland.
Build Practice to 100%Sports
Includes All Sports Related Non Op Care including fracture care, injection and sports prevention
Ultrasound Machine
Multi Team Sports Coverage for Local High Schools
Cleveland Clinic affiliate hospital
Hospitalists service for inpatient care
Reasonable Office On-Call Requirements
*Guaranteed Salary-First and Second Year Third Year Based on Productivity Model
Start up packages can include: signing bonus, relocation, , visa processing fees, and tail coverage**
