**FP - Sports opportunity in Southwest Indiana**

**Position Details**
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Employed
- 4 day work week available to encourage life balance
- Onsite laboratory, full service x-ray & diagnostic imaging with full-time radiology
- Teaching opportunity with medical students and residents from Indiana medical schools
- Colleagues range from newly trained to experienced
- Opportunity to add OB or other special skills to your practice
- Outpatient only
- **Sports Medicine Director**
- Leadership and Academic involvement
- Options for OB & Sports
- Choose Niche (e.g. current FM does colonoscopies)
- Pediatric & Adult hospitalist groups
- Wide array of subspecialist to refer
- Child and Adult Psychiatrist and Behavioral health unit
- Sign-on bonus, loan repayment, income/incentives pushing $265k+ (not including possible RVU)
