Job Details:
- Join a well-established practice in Northern Illinois.
- M-F 9am-5pm, Team-Based Care
- 20-24 patients per day
- Most providers work 4.5 days a week
- Join 3 other Family Medicine Physician and 5 Internal Medicine Physicians
- Newborns-Geriatrics
