**Medical Director opening in Orlando, FL**
* Full time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrician to serve as a Medical Director
* Leadership experience, leading physicians, NPs/PAs, and have experience hiring/firing, direct leadership, one-on-one meetings/performance evaluations of their direct reports, etc.
* MA background isn't a must but highly preferred and they should be open to managing the P&L of a clinic
* Primary Care Practice (V.I.P Service to Senior Patients through preventative patient care)
* Full Front and Back Office Support for each Physician
* Nurses
* Case Managers
* Social Workers
* In-house consulting specialists
* On-site lab and prescription dispensary
* Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (Admin time already included in your schedule)
* Small patient panel size: 450 patients maximum (Physicians see patients an average of once per month)
* Very light Triaged Telephonic call only
* No Hospital Call or Rounding
