Full-time, permanent placement
Located in Grand Forks, ND
Work in a community-owned, integrated healthcare system with a Trauma II hospital, a specialty hospital, more than a dozen clinics in Grand Forks and the surrounding region, and a large home care network. More than 200 physicians are employed with Altru crossing 44 specialties and serving a referral population of over 225,000 residents in in northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.
Practice Overview
Practice in a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Center
Abundant outreach available in the community and region
Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists as well as other key professionals in evaluating and providing care to patients
Duties include history and physical examinations, monthly rounding, and acute visits as necessary. Visits can be done both virtually and in-person.

Offers opportunities to teach medical students and residents on rotation with additional teaching exposure opportunities on campus. Altru has a Family Medicine Residency program and UND has a Surgical Residency program.
