Good afternoon,

We are seeking a locums FP/IM candidate for a primary care opportunity in Minnesota:
• BC FP/IM
• Flexible Schedule M-F 8a-5p or 4 ten hour days
• Start date ASAP - end of the year (at least)
• Standard primary care procedure i.e. physicals, cold & cough, chronic disease management, etc.
• 16-18 pdd
• EMR: Allscripts
• Med-Mal & tail coverage
• Competitive rate based on experience
• travel & lodging considered
