The Chief Medical Officer oversees the strategy of effectively managing the clinics and centers for the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MD or DO, license or license eligible in Florida.
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) advantageous.
- 10+ years of clinical and leadership experience.
- 4+ years experience in a management role. Clinical risk management experience.
- Primary Care Specialty certified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage patient management.
- Experience with Care Management, HEDIS/Stars, and Risk Adjustment
