Join our growing Section of Geriatric Medicine team in Milford, CT. This position will provide

comprehensive outpatient care in an interdisciplinary Geriatric Assessment Center and in a well-established home-based primary care program in and around the Milford Community. You will join a well- respected team with full interdisciplinary support staff. The Section of Geriatric Medicine works in close collaboration with a large Section of Palliative Care and provides education to medical students, residents, fellows, nursing students, and social work students from many surrounding institutions including Yale

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician who has completed a Geriatric fellowship.
