A relationship-based facility is hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician in Glendale, Arizona. Only ten miles north of Phoenix! JOB ID # 55581
Job Details:
- BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
- M-F 9-5 1 day remote
- 20-25k Sign-on Bonus and relocation
- Stock options
- Each year after year 1 there will be a performance review with substantial raises
- Low patient panel per day
- Open to 4 day work week
- Utilize their proprietary Electronic Health Record
- Partner with the care team, coaching, and integrated behavioral health models to engage their geriatric patient population
