Optimum is working with a client in Kansas who is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join their team. If you do not currently have a KS license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
- 25-bed rural hospital
- Traditional FM position w/ inpatient rounding
- ED coverage, 5x24-hr shifts per month
- Daily volumes
- Outpatient: 12-15
- Inpatient: 5-10
- ER: 5-6 per 24 hours (trauma is shipped; no vents & limited C-lines)
- Compensation: $250k + $50k retention bonus per year
- Relocation and loan assistance
- Full benefits package, 6 weeks vacation, unlimited CME days + $5000 towards CMEs
