Job Details
- Board Certified or eligible, BLS Certification
- Outpatient only, Integrated care setting
- Rotating call, via phone, Approximately 20 PPD
- Physician will provide whole-person healthcare in an integrated care setting
- Must have or be willing to obtain suboxone waiver
- Active CT license and DEA or ability to obtain
- EMR: NextGen
