Excellent Nocturnist position in the East Chicago NW Indiana market. JOB ID #49885

Job Details:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible required
• Joining 9 Physicians, Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• 7 on 7 off, 24 weeks a year
• Hours are 7p - 7a, 8 patients per day
• Hospital practice setting
• Closed ICU - (But the Hospitalist are expected to follow with Intensivist so they are aware of the patient when they leave ICU), No procedural skills but is a plus
• ACLS certified and comfortable running codes
• Well established not-for-profit 3 hospital system
• EMR system utilized in Inpatient settings
  • EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in the country are at this level of sophistication)
