Job Details:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Part-time and full-time opportunity available
- Office offers primary care services, bariatric medicine, acute-sick care, etc.
- 1 physician and 4 mid-level providers
- Less than 10% medicare population
- Active IL License and DEA or ability to obtain
