**Geriatric Medicine opening in Missouri** * Located in ***Joplin, MO*** - just 70 miles from Springfield! * Service area of 150,000+ people * Full-time, permanent opening * Hospital-employed position * Outpatient only - admit to an established Hospitalist service * Geriatric Fellowship training required * Share space with 1 Geriatrician and 1 part-time Rheumatologist * Staffed with 1 NP, 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 1 medical assistant, and 1 social worker * State-of-the-art Geriatric medicine center offers 7 exam rooms and 1 pharmacy room * RN manages and operates onsite infusion center * Cognitive testing done onsite * Multidisciplinary clinic provides many services to the geriatric population * Tailored, private office space * Physician-driven system where providers are encouraged to be involved * ***J1 visa candidate accepted!*** * Competitive compensation package!
