Apex HealthSync has been retained to find Internal Medicine, Family Practice, and Geriatricians to provide medical services to patients in assisted living, nursing homes, and sub-acute care facilities in Northern New Jersey. The sites feature a wide variety of services and programs to foster recovery while addressing the social, emotional and recreational needs of patients. Working five days a week, Physicians partner with Nurse Practitioners to address the physical, social, and emotional needs of their patients.
Requirements:
- NJ Medical License (MD or DO)
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Geriatrics Fellowship or IM/FP with Geriatrics experience a plus
- Nursing Home experience a plus
- Multiple roles are available
