Seeking an outstanding BE/BC Family Practitioner or Internist with experience or training in Geriatrics. Must enjoy nursing home and home visit work. Flexible scheduling and minimal distances required to travel for home visits. The position also has flexibility regarding primary care focus versus consultative practice. No admissions or inpatient work, our robust hospitalist team covers all admissions. Call is very light and shared with our internist team, 1:12 weekends, phone call only. Our current team includes our Geriatrics and Palliative Care departments.
