Premier Medical Associates, voted top work place in Pittsburgh 6 years in a row, is seeking a Geriatrician Leader to design and mentor their expanding geriatric / SNFist program located 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Candidates can be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Practice Details:
  • 100% Geriatrics
  • Manage patients in SNF and LTC facilities to help reduce hospital admissions
  • Coordinate care with Primary Care Physicians, Hospitalists, and Nursing teams
  • Play a major role in the development and structure of the program
  • Actively participate on the quality improvement team
