Opportunity Profile:
- Join a well-established, 100% physician owned team of 16 providers who focus on value based care
- Mostly Outpatient with some inpatient rounding on the weekend a provider is on call
- Full and part-time positions available
- 3 Clinic Locations - 2 in Joliet and 1 in Wilmington
- Affiliated with 2 Hospitals located just 13 miles apart
- Nursing Home coverage is available, but not required
- Shared call of 1:6 weekends
- Wired with electronic medical records
- Patient Centered Medical Home Level 3
- In house diagnostics to make diagnosis at point of care
- Earning potential over $300,000
- Additional earning potential from ancillary services
