Details:
Coverage dates- 4/1/18 - 8/1/18
Patient population- 45% Adult, 15% Pediatric, 40% Geriatrics
Hours- 8am-7pm M-F, 9am-3pm Sat-Sun
Outpatient only
Privileges obtained after 120 days
Must be DEA or ACLS certified
Other Physicians will be present during coverage
No call schedule
