The Family Medicine Opportunity in Beaverton, MI:

-Start date: April 2, 2018

-Duration: on-going until a permanent provider is hired

-Shifts: 8a-5p Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 8a-5:30p Thursdays

-No weekends

-Call: Every 12th week

-Clinic: Federally qualified rural community health center

-Focus: preventive health care, health education, counseling, and health promotion. Clinic provides a full range of family medical services from general preventative care to ongoing acute and chronic illness management

-Patient volume: 19-20 per day minimum

-Patient mix: 64% adult, 23% geriatric, 14% pediatric

-Support staff: currently 1 midlevel provider at the location that is a new graduate, locums provider would need to be comfortable with supervising and educating. Also I LPN and 3 MAs

-EMR: E-Clinical Works

-6 exam rooms

**Requirements: BLS, ACLS, Board Certified in Family Medicine
