Our physician-owned group is expanding throughout Greater Philadelphia and Central/South New Jersey. As a regional leader, have a reputation for helping burned-out family medicine and internal medicine physicians excel in a private practice model.

We are seeking physicians eager to take the next step in their careers by practicing in collaborative environments and striving for positive outcomes and care experiences for their patients.

Hiring both Hospitalist positions and a blend of acute and post-acute rehab. w2 employee or 1099 independent contractor models available.

• 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)
• 3 long weekends off each month (Fri-Sun)
• One weekend coverage per month
• Flexible hours with 'round and go' flexibility.
• Opportunities for Medical Directorship and NP/PA with additional stipends
• Paid malpractice with tail
• Full-time physicians earn between $350-600k+
