PRACTICE
*Employed
*Work with other providers

*See 14 patients per day
*Work either M-F 8 to 5 OR four days per week (10 hours)
*Defined Need / Be busy day one
*Salary of $280K-$300K plus guaranteed $50K bonus
*Bonuses are based on patient quality. Not production. Ranges from Min $20K to $100K per year.
*Sign-on of $50K plus relocation and full benefits
