CLINICAL TRIALS PHYSICIAN WORKDAY
The office is open from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday, and the physician will typically see the first patient
at 7:20 AM. The morning schedule consists of patients who are currently participating or looking to participate in clinical
trials. The afternoon appointments, from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM, are dedicated for medical appointments for endocrinology
patients. New patients are blocked on the calendar for 40 minutes and follow-up appointments for 20 minutes. The practice
sees patients ages 2 and above, and about 5% of the patients are under the age of 18.

Financial Package
● Annual base salary guarantee of $230,000 (with total compensation around $250,000)
● Quarterly production bonus up to $5,000 per quarter (based on patient visits)
● Up to $5,000 per quarter quality and service bonus
● Health insurance for physician through NC Medical Society, administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC
● Health insurance provided for Physician - Employer-sponsored health insurance with Physician responsible for only $1,000 annually for self-coverage
● Will fund Physician's HSA with $2,700 annually
● Physician will pay for any dependents coverage, if elected
● Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability included
● Simple IRA Retirement Plan – 3% match after 2 years
● Subsidized Sports Center Membership
● 26 days of PTO (Includes Sick, Vacation, and CME)
● 9 Paid Holidays
● CME of $5,000 per year
● Dues, membership, licensure included
● Malpractice coverage ($2 million/$5 million) with tail coverage
● Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000
