Position Desription:


  • The physician provides endocrinology clinical care for the patients seen at sites.
  • To follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Internal Medicine and Endocrinology service lines.
  • Collaborates and coordinated the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.

Position Requirements:


  • Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
  • Minimum Experience Requirement: Supervision of staff preferred. Residency completed and one year of fellowship for endocrinology preferred.
  • Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia Licensure.
  • Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Board eligible required. Board Certified preferred. Fully credentialed through medical staff according to Endocrinology services
