Description: Treat diabetic (type 1 & 2) patients, manage and regulate insulin basal/bolus therapy. Teach and adjust insulin pump therapy and help patients manage their disease state. Treat other disease states related to diabetes; Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, Neuropathy and Nephropathy.
Responsible for performing hospital rounds on diabetic patients one day per week and every 3rd weekend.
