Endocrinology Physician Opportunity in Texas
- Clinical Role:
- Traditional Inpatient/Outpatient General Endocrinology Services
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- 4.5 Days in Clinic + ½ Day of Administrative Work
- Call:
- 1:7 (1 week at a time)
- Mostly Phone Call (Rarely go into Hospital)
- Inpatient Responsibilities:
- Morning & Afternoon Rounding
- Typical Time Rounding: 5-10 Minutes
- 60% of the Practice Patients have Diabetes
- Procedures:
- Thyroid Biopsies
- Radioactive Iodine Therapy
- Ability to Do Institutional Review Board Endo Clinical Research
- Bone Density, Thyroid Ultrasound & Nuclear Medicine On-site
- Patient Census: 15-25 (There will be a ramp up period)
- Candidate Qualifications:
