Rockford, Illinois, Seeks Endocrinologist -- Sign-On Bonus

Successful candidate will join one Endocrinogist and three diabetic educators in busy practice.
  • Position is primarily outpatient with opportunity to provide inpatient care.
  • Academic appointment available with the UIC College of Medicine in Rockford.
  • Call coverage is supported by an after-hours call center staffed by registered nurses.
  • Position includes attractive base salary, production bonuses, signing bonus, loan repayment assistance.
  • Lucrative benefits package to include paid occurrence based malpractice, health, life, dental, pension plan, 4 weeks vac/CME w/expenses, 6 paid holidays, 480 hours sick time yearly, dues and fees, relocation.
