Great opportunity for BC/BE Endocrinologist / Internal Medicine Physician to join center.

Experience in working with the LGBTQ community and hormone therapy preferred

Job Details:

Full scope adult endocrinology and primary care (workload may initially be more primary care as the endocrinology practice builds), including comfort in complex disease management of the elderly

Weekday telephone call up to 5 weeknights a month for adult primary care, weekend call approximately 1 in every 6 weekends for adult primary care, and holiday call once a year

Strong collaboration with Physician Assistants and Advance Practice Registered Nurses

Teaching and research opportunities through affiliated academic partners, including academic title and resources

Opportunity for leadership and performance improvement project involvement

Billing submission at the time of office visit is expected

Team based care of two (2) Providers, four (4) Medical Assistants, one (1) nurse, one (1) care coordinator, and one (1) behavioral health worker
