Endocrinology opening in Great Falls, MT
Located 90 miles from Helena and 160 miles from Missoula
Health System is seeking a talented board eligible/board certified endocrinologist to become one of two endocrinologists covering 275,000 people across 15 counties, spanning 44,814 square miles of North Central Montana. Endocrinology has a strong referral base from over one hundred Medical Group providers. There is additional support from local and regional providers.
- Insulin Pumps
- Thyroid biopsy
- Thyroid ultrasound
Staff includes nurse, FNP, CDE's, and ADA recognized diabetes program
- Practice is currently 100% consultative endocrinology
- Outpatient seeing 11-15 patients per day.
- Inpatient seeing 2-4 hospital patients per day
- Average new patients is 15/week
Work Hours/Call Coverage:
- Mon-Fri (8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.)
- Call is evenly shared.
- Average number of weekend calls is (2-3)
