Location: Bronx NY - is the northernmost of the five boroughs of New York City NY. It is geographically south of Westchester County; north of the island and borough of Manhattan and north of the borough of Queens across the East River. There are over 1.5 million residents in the Bronx. Facility: Health System a 400 plus bed Acute Care Hospital and Trauma 1 Center in Bronx NY. Academic appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the new CUNY School of Medicine is commensurate with credentials and experience. Research is available and welcomed. Opportunity: Seeking Internists who are fellowship trained for a 100% Endocrinology position. Monday through Friday schedule working in the outpatient clinic and plus providing ICU and inpatient consults. Join one other Endocrinologist and an NP plus there is very strong sub-specialty support working in conjunction ICU Hospitalist team and surgeons. Position can offer IM residency teaching if desired. EMR is Allscript and Spanish language skills are not required but highly desired. Compensation: Expected comp total well over $200 000. Full benefits are available plus CME 5 weeks PTO malpractice loan repayment and much more. This opening can support the H visa.
