This Regional Hospital a 295 bed regional facility is seeking BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our team. We opened our Endocrinology Center in 2013 and have had a long wait list for patients to be seen ever since. We currently have one Endocrinologist and one mid-level in our community and need to recruit a second physician to take care of the patients in our region which has a population of 250,000. We do have dieticians available and partner with our local health department to provide a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) as needed. This is an employed practice opportunity. The need is now. We will welcome new Fellows and also experienced applicants.
In addition to taking care of the endocrine patients in our community the ideal candidate would participate in our Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residency Program by precepting our resident and students on endocine rotations.
