Multidisciplinary team centric model with diabetic and nutrition educators, well trained endocrinology mid-level providers, ADA recognized with strong insulin pump program, supportive hospitalist team, and diabetes prevention program.
* Outpatient practice model- very minimum inpatient consults
* Option to teach and perform clinical trials
* Quality of life practice model ~ Mid-levels assist for call and hospital consults
