PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- 4-5 day work week with no call
- Employed model
- Excellent well-established diabetes program with nurse practitioner, dietitians and certified educators
- Outpatient practice with opportunity for inpatient consults
- More than 200 referring clinicians

REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE in Endocrinology
LOCATION
- Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
- 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul

- Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
