NES Health is looking for an Assistant Site Medical Director to help lead our EM team in Loraine & Oberlin Ohio. This is a rare and excellent career opportunity to advance into a leadership role. Under the direction and mentorship of the Site and Regional Medical Director, you will work together to uphold the metrics and standards that set Mercy Regional Medical Center & Mercy Oberlin Hospitals.

Mercy Regional Medical Center:

• 50K annual volume
• Level II Trauma Center
• 36 hours/day physician coverage (12 hour shifts)
• 48 hours/day APP coverage
• EMR: EPIC

Mercy Allen:

• 16K annual volume
• 24 hours/day physician coverage (12 hour shifts)
• EMR: EPIC

Competitive compensation package ($30K/month) to include hourly rate for clinical work, monthly stipend for site medical director responsibilities and malpractice insurance. Independent Contractor position.

Candidate Requirements:

• Local to NE Ohio (or willing to relocate to the area)
• BC/EM with 2 years’ experience
• Ability to build solid relationships with colleagues, nurses, administration and support personnel
• Creative, innovative, thinks outside the box
