This facility is located only 15 minutes from the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge, a perfect spot for trail walking, fishing, hunting, and skiing. The county has five lakes, where people kayak, hike, and snowboard. This position is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors and four-season living.

Position Overview

• Certification: MD/DO
• Title: Physician (General Medicine)
• Board Status: Board Certified
• Residency/Training: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine
• Experience: Clean background with no malpractice (highly preferred)

• • Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required
  • Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions

Compensation & Logistics

• Position Type: Locum Tenens 1099 or Locums to Perm

• Availability: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: Half Day: $500-$550
  • Full-Day: $1000-$1100
• Scheduling: October 18, 2021
  • 1day/week
