Emergency Department
- ED Volume: 15,000
- 12-bed emergency department
- Physician shifts are 12 hours and APP shifts are 8 hours.
Hospital
- Tri-State Memorial Hospital & Medical Campus (TSMH) is the only not-for-profit, community owned and operated hospital in the Lewis Clark Valley.
- Cardiac Level II and Stroke Level II
- 25-bed rural hospital.

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $205/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
