Envision Physician Services is seeking an Emergency Medicine Site Medical Director for Red Lake, Minnesota. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Any State license accepted as long as permanent and unrestricted
  • ACLS, ATLS, PALS, & BLS required
  • Must be BE/BC in Emergency Medicine (ABOEM or ABEM), Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with two years experience

  • Physician Coverage: Inpatient: 8a – 8p; ED: 8a – 10p; 10a – 12a; 8p – 8a

  • 21-bed community hospital
  • Walk-In Clinic onsite
  • Outside consult providers perform in-house services including audiology, podiatry, wound care/vascular, surgery, high-risk OB and nephrology

  • The area is surrounded by natural beauty and is known as a four-season destination for world-class boating, hunting, fishing and snow sports amid the beauty of the northwoods.
  • Four-season outdoor activities in the area include fishing, biking, golfing, water sports, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting and bird watching to name a few. The area boasts some of the deepest, clearest lakes in the state and is known as the best place for fishing and ice fishing. During the winter, there are approximately 400 miles of interconnected, groomed snow trails. Bemidji is a bike-friendly community with scenic bike trails and annual festivals. Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy the six area courses from challenging, championship tournament level play to fun, part-three short courses.
