Facility Information

Portage Hospital is a part of Porter Health Care System which includes two hospital campuses and seven outpatient facilities serving Porter, Lake, LaPorte, Starke and Jasper counties. Portage Hospital services include a Center for Women’s Health, CareExpress Urgent Care, Women’s Imaging Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Inpatient Rehabilitation, 24/7 Emergency Department, Shoreline Outpatient Surgery Center, Cardiology, ENT, Pediatrics, and Neurology.
