Work with leadership that is invested in the advancement of the team culture at AdventHealth Manchester. AdventHealth Manchester is a 63-bed facility situated in the middle of the Daniel Boone National Forest - an outdoor lover's dream! This area is easy driving distance from the Great Smoky Mountains of Knoxville, Tennessee and the horse tracks in beautiful Lexington, Kentucky. Weekend trips to these surrounding cities are a breeze. TeamHealth offers this position a student loan repayment program or a substantial signing bonus! We also offer an enhanced relocation incentive for candidates who live within 30 miles of the site. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine, family medicine or emergency medicine. For more than 40 years, our history and national footprint in emergency medicine allows us to achieve the highest standards in care, informed by decades of evidence-based data. To that end, we've created robust risk management programs to help our clinicians feel confident in their work. We harness a nationwide collection of tools, clinical resources and collective knowledge for our emergency medicine clinicians who provide the best for their patients. At TeamHealth, our purpose is to perfect our clinicians' ability to practice medicine, every day, in everything we do. Our philosophy is as simple as our goal is singular: we believe better experiences for clinicians lead to better outcomes for patients, partners, and physicians alike.
Position Highlights:
  • Annual patient volume is 17,500
  • 24 hours of physician coverage

  • Sign-on and relocation incentives available for qualified, full-time candidates
  • Hiking, boating, climbing, and other recreational activities in your backyard
  • Strong leadership and opportunity to work alongside a well-established team
  • Great location to raise a family
  • Low cost of living
  • Access to professional development tools, educational resources, and CME through the TeamHealth Institute
